DEPARTMENT
The department of Electronics and Communication Engineering was instituted in the year 1993 to start a 4-year degree programme affliated to Madurai Kamaraj University. Presently, the department is offering B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, M.Tech in "Digital Communication and Network Engineering", M.Tech in "VLSI design" and M.Tech in "VLSI design, Test and Manufacturing". In addition to that, the department is offering Ph.D. programme. Recently, B.Tech ECE programme got accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for 2 years under Tier-1 category (2015-2017). The department has been selected as DST-FIST sponsored department with 42 lakhs funding from department of science and technology, New Delhi to establish centre for Signal processing and VLSI design.

CONFERENCE
The objective of NCVSP'16 is to provide an oppurtunity for students, research scholars, academicians, and industry professionals for sharing and exploring new areas of research and development and to discuss emerging issues and novel methods. It will provide a gateway to enhance their knowledge in the area of SIgnal processing, VLSI design and other related fields. It will be a great oppurtunity for the people from various disciplines to share new ideas and views and establishing new collaborations in these areas.

PAPER FORMAT

Full paper must be submitted in IEEE double Column format (Soft Copy in MS- Word as e-Mail attachment) must not exceed four pages. After acceptance, 2 hard copies of the paper along with the registration fee in the form of Demand Draft should be submitted.
